We accept all major credit cards
as well as Paypal. Clients may purchase by using
our secure and automated checkout system as well
as calling our toll free number and placing their
orders over the phone. Please note that we can
only accept credit card purchases through our
toll free telephone service.
How safe is
it to buy from your website?
Completely safe and secure. We do
not store any financial information (such as credit
card numbers or Paypal accound details) on our
servers nor on the servers of our merchant account
providers and all web pages in which you will
input your financial information are encrypted
and secure. Furthermore, our site and servers
have earned the industry-standard "HackerSafe"
certificate which is displayed on our homepage
confirming the safety of conducting business with
our site. As an added security measure, Pixellogo
has an in-house Security Dept. whose dedicated
role is to supervise and maintain the secure state
of our servers and site.
How do you
deliver the files?
In order to assure our clients speedy
order fulfillment, we use the following download/delivery
methods:
All logo files are emailed to our clients as zip
attachments.
All stationery set orders are sent a download
link through which our clients may download their
files.
All HTML web template orders are sent a download
link through which our clients may download their
files.
When do I receive my order?
To eliminate credit card fraud, all incoming orders are verified
by our in-house Security Dept., this usually takes about 5 minutes after which all
files/download links are emailed to the client. If your order is placed after our
office hours, then the order is processed immediately the next business day (orders are
also processed during weekends). Therefore, all orders are generally processed with a
delay of 5 minutes to 8 hours maximum.
