Exclusive Logos are logos that are sold only once and removed from our catalog afterwards.
The client becomes the exclusive owner of the logo design and it will never be offered for sale again.
- Can I own an Exclusive
logo and copyright it?
Yes, absolutely. Upon purchase, Pixellogo arranges for the automatic transfer of copyrights from us
to the client, however we also encourage the new owner to obtain a copyright certificate from their local official channels.
- Can I trademark
an Exclusive logo?
Yes, and trademarking a logo is a wise business investment especially if the logo is to be used commercially.
- Can I get a
letter of ownership for my Exclusive logo?
Yes, with each exclusive logo purchase, Pixellogo provides a letter of transfer of ownership as well as copyright changes.
Furthermore, Pixellogo offers a lifetime support system where at any time, should the client require any assistance in establishing their
rightful and EXCLUSIVE ownership of the logo design, Pixellogo will provide all necessary documentation and assistance to the client.
- What happens
after I purchase an Exclusive logo?
The logo is immediately disabled and removed from the catalog during our scheduled daily catalog updates. The logo files
are emailed to the client as a zip attachment in all its listed formats and all copyrights are transferred to the client.
- Can I modify
an exclusive logo myself?
Yes indeed. You will need to use a graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand
and must have average experience with such software.
- Can your
art department modify it for me?
Yes, for an additional modification fee, the Pixellogo Design staff will modify your logo design to match any color schemes or
text changes you require. Additional extensive changes are also possible for an agreed upon modification fee.
- Can you
place it in a stationery set and give me print
ready files?
Yes, for an additional modification fee, the Pixellogo Design staff will insert your logo in a stationery provided by the client
or purchased from our site. Please note that we also provide custom stationery design services designed entirely upon the client's exclusive logo.
- Are the fonts
used in a logo included with the design files?
Yes, all custom fonts are included with the design files and delivered accordingly for both formats: Mac & PC.
