   Non Exclusive Logos are designs that are available for sale more than once. The logo is not removed from our catalog after sale. .
2. Can I own and copyright a Non Exclusive logo?
   While the purchased logo will be yours to use, you may not copyright it under your exclusive ownership or otherwise as Pixellogo owns all copyrights of Non Exclusive logo designs. By purchasing a Non-Exclusive Logo design you accept these terms.
3. Can I trademark a Non Exclusive logo?
   Yes, you may trademark a Non Exclusive logo design however please note that your trademark application may be subject for approval from your local official channels.
4. Can I buy a non Exclusive logo and own it Exclusively?
   If you wish to purchase a Non-Exclusive logo design with an exclusive ownership license, please inquire with our Sales Dept. If the logo has not been sold before, then we may arrange the sale of the logo with an exclusive license. Additional fees will apply.

   Yes indeed. You will need to use a graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand and must have average experience with such software.
7. Can your art department modify it for me?
   Yes, for an additional modification fee, the Pixellogo Design staff will modify your logo design to match any color schemes or text changes you require. Additional extensive changes are also possible for an agreed upon modification fee.
8. Can you place it in a stationery set and give me print ready files?
   Yes, for an additional modification fee, the Pixellogo Design staff will insert your logo in a stationery provided by the client or purchased from our site. Please note that we also provide custom stationery design services designed entirely upon the client's exclusive logo.
9. Are the fonts used in a logo included with the design files?
   Yes, all custom fonts are included with the design files and delivered accordingly for both formats: Mac & PC.
